Why stage-aware tracking matters
The same material tolerates very different conditions depending on what stage it is in. Stacked and wrapped drywall in a dry conditioned space is far more forgiving than the same board hung and waiting for finishing. Concrete sitting in a truck is a scheduling problem; concrete two hours after placement is a strength problem. Most weather tools ignore this and give you one site-level forecast, which means the alert either fires constantly or never fires at the moment that actually matters. Forecast temperature high and low, precipitation probability or amount, relative humidity, and forecast UV index. Thresholds are set per material and per stage. UV uses the forecast index only, not cumulative exposure hours.
How are alerts delivered?
